Reset student password in DAM
Sign into DAM student account management at https://apps.det.wa.edu.au/dam. At the dialogue box enter your E number and Ikon password. Select Students/Student Accounts.
Search for the student using the Given Name or Surname fields and clicking on Search. When the desired student account is highlighted in yellow it is ready to edit.
Please UNTICK the pre-ticked Force Change At Next Login box (which would disable the account), then type the new password into the Password and Confirm boxes, and click on Reset Password. A confirmation message should notify you of a successful change, or if the password requirements were not met.
DoE require student passwords to be at least six characters with a combination of upper and lower case letters, plus at least one number or special character. The password must not be one of the previous 10, or contain the student's given name or surname, or contain the word "password".
